Frequently Asked Questions

 

1.) Are your products genuine?

Yes. All of our stock either comes to us direct from the brands or via one of our large retail partners who have sourced directly from the brands. Either way, we would never risk dealing in anything that we were not certain was 100% genuine.

 

2.) Can I order a sample before I commit to buying a full pack?

Yes. Simply email enquiries@jlmscotland.com stating the item and size required and we will invoice you, at wholesale price, for one unit.

 

3.) Can I get a different size run from the one advertised?

Yes - usually. If you're interested in purchasing a particular item but would prefer a different size run please email enquiries@jlmscotland.com and we will advise if it can be fulfilled - we'll do our best!

 

4.) Do you have paperwork and documents to prove authenticity of your stock?

Yes. Full paperwork for each line we hold is always available to view at our offices.  These documents cannot be sent out electronically for legal reasons.

 

5.) Are your prices negotiable?

Sometimes.  It's always worth asking if you're particularly interested in anything!

 

6.) How much is it for delivery?

Delivery prices vary depending on the amount of parcels needed and their destination, full details can be found here.

 

7.) Can I view the stock first?

Yes.  We encourage customers, new and existing, to visit our showrom to view our stock.  We're located just outside of Glasgow, Scotland, full details can be found hereAll we ask is that you call ahead to arrange an appointment or email enquiries@jlmscotland.com to request a visit booking form.  It's really important that you do phone or email in advance to arrange an appointment with us, especially if you're making any kind of long journey specifically to see us. We don't want you to go away disappointed if we don't have the sort of stock you were looking for and we certainly wouldn't want you to turn up at our office on a day where we're all out at meetings! 

 

8.) What happens if I decide I want to return goods?

Should your purchase disappoint in any way you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within, 14 days of delivery. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.  You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. 9.) There aren't very many products listed on your website. Do you have anything else in stock?

JLM Stock Solutions started off as a supplier to large UK retailers and this is still our primary source of business.  Whilst we are looking to begin buying in more stock specifically for jlmstocksolutions.co.uk, our main focus is ensuring we can supply the larger retialers with the larger volumes of stock.  This means that whilst we have a lot of stock coming in to the warehouse, often only small amounts become available for sale here on the website - basically whatever is left over from the large orders.  Every now and then there are occassions where orders fall through and stock that was sold becomes available again.  We always update this website and send out updates by email AS SOON AS new items become available/we have time to collate the information!
