JLM Stock Solutions use DPD Europe by Road for delivery into Europe, and DPD Next Day delivery within the UK. Full tracking is usually available on all orders however this service is often less reliable for deliveries outwith the UK. The following table details the costs for parcels up to 30Kg (all prices are per parcel) and transit times (please allow one extra day for your order to be picked and packed although we will always strive to send the same day where possible): -

The Small Print (small but important, please read!)
If your order requires more than one parcel for shipping then you will be contacted to arrange further payment. Your order will not be dispatched until this is organised and completed. Some exceptions such as Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands may incur additional costs; we will contact you if this applies.
There is a £25 charge for customs clearance for deliveries to the following countries: Switzerland, Norway, Croatia, Serbia, Iceland and Bosnia Herzegovina. Prices quoted in the above table already include this charge, additional boxes will be charged at £14 for Switzerland, £30 for Norway, £32 for Croatia and Serbia and £35 for Iceland and Bosnia Herzegovina.
Orders to be delivered within the UK will normally be sent the following day, for next day delivery. However we will try to send your order the same day it is received, where possible. Exceptions may occur on bank/public holidays however this will always be clearly stated on the homepage www.jlmstocksolutions.co.uk
If you would like to purchase goods from anywhere outwith Europe we would prefer that you arrange collection of the order yourself, from our warehouse.
